The purpose of these meetings is to provide the Board of Commissioners with an opportunity to address town staff and ask questions regarding agenda items and presentations that will be heard during the Regular Meetings, held on the first and third Mondays of each month. Such items will include public presentations, consent agenda items and regular agenda items.
The Monday, November 21, 2022 meeting will be held in person at 6:00 p.m. at Mooresville Town Hall located at 413 N. Main Street and will be simultaneously livestreamed. The public is invited to attend or view the livestream by visiting mooresvillenc.gov/live.
The agenda will consist of Presentations, Consent Agenda items, Regular Agenda items, New Business, and Closed Session.

In order to ensure members of the public who wish to share comment during public hearings are given equitable opportunity to do so, the Town Board recently adopted a new Public Hearing Policy. The full policy can be found at https://mooresvillenc.gov/government/town_board/index.php

Written comments regarding a public hearing must be submitted to the Town Clerk by 5pm on Friday before the scheduled public hearing (11/7/2022)
General Public Comments:
A person may submit general public comments (not for specific public hearings) via the Town’s website by visiting: https://www.mooresvillenc.gov/government/town_board/public_hearing_comment_form.php
or by emailing comments to the Town Clerk: publiccomment@mooresvillenc.gov. Written comments will be provided to the Town Board in advance of the meeting.
