Take the Iredell Co. 2023 Community Health Assessment

The Iredell County Health Department is encouraging residents to make their voice heard about health issues impacting the community.

The Health Department wants residents to take the 2023 Community Health Assessment. It says the "survey provides valuable input from community members about their current health situations, needs, and issues that public health can then study and find ways to improve."
