Town Searching for Next Dog Mayor of Mooresville

The Town of Mooresville's Youth Council is searching for the next Dog Mayor!

How to Apply:
  • Send a private message to the Mooresville Youth Council Instagram page with the campaign post you'd like to use to promote your dog candidate.
  • Any post that is offensive/inappropriate will be automatically disqualified. 
  • The dog who receives the most likes will become the next Dog Mayor of Mooresville!
  • Applications are due by June 7, 2023.
  • The winner will be announced at Liberty Park Reimagined on June 17, 2023
Requirements: The new Dog Mayor will need to attend Mooresville's 150th Signature Events, including Stars & Stripes on Main Parade on July 4 and the Bands, Brews, and BBQ Festival on September 16. You can find a complete list of events on MooresvilleNC150.com.
