Water Shortage Response Plan

Hope for the best, but plan for the worst.

This is what our Public Utilities Department does to be sure it is ready for any future water supply emergencies.  As part of that process, we are updating our Water Shortage Response Plan which lists procedures and triggers for water conservation strategies to ensure that we have enough water for the health and safety of our customers in a future drought of record.  Please contact Allison Kraft at akraft@mooresvillenc.gov with any comments or questions regarding the document.
