Code Compliance

Code Compliance staff provide assistance with ensuring minimum housing standards are being met, required commercial maintenance standards are followed, inoperable/junk vehicles are removed from properties, overgrown vegetation is cut, and zoning and land development regulations are followed. Code Compliance staff also hold community cleanup events to assist in the removal of junk, debris, and trash from private property in the community to maintain a high-quality environment.
