Employee Benefits

We care about the whole employee and strive to offer a benefits package that supports employee needs. We want to provide resources to employees that allow them to show up each day as the best version of themselves.

We also want to reduce breaks in coverage when you come to work for the Town. In that effort, we have made modifications to our eligibility requirements and effective July 1, 2023, core benefits such as medical , dental and vision are effective the first of the month following the date of hire.

The town currently pays 100% of the cost for regular full-time employees for medical(if enrolled in our HRA and wellness plan), dental and vision coverage and a significant portion of the cost for dependent coverage. Insurance is also available for regular part-time employees on a prorated basis.
