Utility Security Deposit Credit Form

The Town of Mooresville collects security deposits based on credit worthiness and commercial account status. After a period of twelve consecutive billed months with on-time payments, you can apply to have your deposit credited towards your account.* 

The most recent twelve months only will be used for the review. There cannot be any late penalties or disconnections for non-payment. To have the utility billing department review your account, please complete the following form and allow up to fourteen (14) days for a decision.

 *Deposits will not be refunded.

Each person listed on the account will be required to sign agreeing to have the account reviewed and if approved, the security deposit applied to the account. I understand that by signing this form, I am authorizing the Town to review my account and credit my security deposit to my utility account.
