What Town department handles drainage issues?
If you live within the town limits and your drainage problems, complaints, or questions are related to a maintenance issue (overflowing ditch, overflowing storm sewer or flooding of a public street), call the Public Works Division at 704-664-4278. If your drainage problems, complaints, or questions are related to an active residential or commercial construction site (sediment run-off or storm basin overflowing), call the Iredell County Erosion Control at 704-878-3127.
