Acting Chief Ron Campurciani
Acting Chief Campurciani is currently serving in the leadership capacity of Chief of Police. He began his law enforcement career in 1985 with the Dover Police Department in New Hampshire.

In 1987, he transferred to the West Springfield Police Department in
West Springfield, Massachusetts, where he spent the majority of his career. During his career as a law enforcement officer, his duties over the years included narcotics investigations, commanding the department's Special Response Team, and taking charge of Internal Affairs.

While at West Springfield PD, Campurciani rose to the rank of Chief, and retired in May 2018. Currently, he is Executive Director of the Western Mass Police Chiefs Association.

Campurciani received his bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement from Western New England College and his Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the same institution.

Chief Damon Williams

Chief Williams joined the Mooresville Police Department in 2016 after serving four years as Chief of Police in Tarboro, NC. He began his law enforcement career in 2005 serving in various roles at the Taylortown and Maxton, NC police departments as well as the Fayetteville State University Campus Police Department. Prior to law enforcement, Chief Williams was an educator with the Moore County School System and Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst and Edgecombe Community College in Tarboro.

Chief Damon Williams

Williams received his Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Sandhills Community College, his Community College, his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University.
